Movie review - Bollywood

Since I must say what I must say herez my opinion on the three latest Bollywood flicks this week.

Ajab Prem Ki Gajab Kahani
Absolute disaster. The director is not sure what he means by a romantic comedy. Its more of a kids comedy film. I wonder if Ranbir is really like - able to the ladies in this one. He did a fab job in "Wake up Sid" and follows it up with a stupid character in this one. Waste. Total waste of time. Few good songs try to salvage the movie, but still fail. Katrina looks as great as always, but definitely not her classiest , stylish best in this one. The "touch me touch me " babe deserves more, just like Ranbir.

Tum Mile
A very mature, identifiable to the masses kind of love story. Reflects the regular love - ego clashes between couples. live ins,  relocating for new job issues and some more. Chemistry between Imran Hashmi and Soha Ali Khan is really sweet. The film I think automatically feels more respectable with Soha in it compared to the usual Geeta Basra(s) in other Vishesh films. Fewer kissing and bed scenes in this movie are a great improvement, and the few pecks the lead pair shares are really sweet and dignified. Music score is brilliant, all songs fit the situation really well ( m sure the Kapoors and Khans envy Mr. Hashmi ). Worth watch. Better still take your girl / boy friend for a movie date and spend some really good time together watching a meaningful flick on relationships in the new world.

Jail

Typical Madhur Bhandarkar fare, realistic, good but lacks a punch unlike some of his previous work which would leave you thinking for days over social issues. Watch it or miss it, no big deal.
